Ordering information

1 . 商品訂購完成後,將寄發訂單確認信,請於收到確認信後3天內進行匯款,匯款確認後,將會安排出
貨。(如遇例假日則順延出貨。)
2 . 各類商品出貨時程:
- 預購商品:預計10-20個工作天(不含假日)出貨,時間急迫者請勿下單。
- 現貨商品:預計3-5 個工作天(不含假日)出貨。
- 客製商品:預計20-28個工作天(不含假日)出貨。客製商品需為下單付款後,設計師才開始製作,且若非重大瑕疵不得退款,若無法接受及時間急迫者請勿下單。
3. 若訂單內包含現貨商品及預購商品,則會待預購商品到貨後一同配送,若需要拆單寄出,請備註於訂單說明欄。
4. 商品規格、圖片、說明、無庫存、價格或交易條件有誤及其他無法接受訂單之情形,將通知消費者訂單不成立,取消訂單並辦理退款。
5. 商品顏色因電腦螢幕設定會略有差異,請以實際商品顏色為主。 
6. 消費者若因個人因素造成退貨及取消訂單次數過多,本公司將視情況決定是否接受訂單。
7. 欲開立統編,請於訂購時告知,發票將以電子方發票方式開立。
1. The ordering confirmation email will provide to buyers after purchase completion. Please make the remittance within 3 days after receiving the email. Shipment will arrange after the remittance is confirmed. (If it's a holiday, the shipment will be postponed depending on the length of the holidays.)
2. Delivery schedule of various products:
- Pre-ordered item: It is expected to ship within 10-20 working days (excluding holidays). If you are in a hurry, please do not order.
- In-stock item: It is expected to ship within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays).
- Customized item: It is expected to ship within 20-28 working days (excluding holidays). Customized items need to be paid for after the order is placed, and the designer will start to make them, and no refunds will be given unless there are significant defects. If you cannot accept it and are in a hurry, please do not order.
3. If the order contains in-stock products and pre-ordered products, they will be delivered together after the pre-ordered products arrive. If you need to split the order and send it, please note it in the order description.
4 . Suppose the product specifications, pictures, descriptions, no stock, wrong prices or trading conditions, and other circumstances that cannot accept the order, the consumer will be notified that the order is not established. In that case, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.
5. The product's color will be slightly different due to the computer screen settings. Please refer to the actual product color.
6 . If consumers return and cancel the order too often due to personal factors, we will decide to accept the order according to the situation.
7. Please inform us when ordering if you want to issue an invoice with a uniform number.

寄送須知

Shipping information

1 . 送貨範圍:限台灣地區(含外島),收件地址請勿為郵政信箱。
2 . 消費者訂購之商品若經配送兩次無法送達,再經本公司以電話與email均無法聯繫逾3天者,將取消該筆訂單,並且全額退款。
3 . 本公司配合的物流方式為郵局宅配服務,運費依據運送地點不同有所調整。
1. Scope of delivery: limited to Taiwan (including outer islands), and the delivery address should not be a PO Box.
2. If the product ordered by the consumer cannot be delivered twice, and the company cannot be contacted by phone or email for more than 3 days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
3. The logistics method that the company cooperates with is the post office home delivery service, and the shipping fee is adjusted according to the different delivery locations.

退貨須知

Return information

1. 7天鑑賞期:依消費者保護法規定,消費者享有商品到貨日起7天鑑賞期,請注意鑑賞期非試用期。
2. 退貨期限:如需退貨商品,請於收到貨7日內(包含收貨當天)辦理退貨。
3. 瑕疵品退貨:我們將負擔全額退費及運費,逾期不受理。非瑕疵品退貨:將由買家自行負擔運費,逾期不受理。
4. 客製商品退貨:客製商品除為瑕疵品,一律不得退貨。
5. 商品完整性:退貨商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整;請注意保持商品本體、配件、包裝外盒,所有隨附文件資料,以及贈品等完整性。
6. 外盒及包裝皆屬商品的一部分,遺失、毀損或缺件將可能影響您退換貨的權益,恐依照損毀程度扣除為回復原狀所必要之費用。
7. 包裝安全:退回商品時,請協助以安全的方式進行寄送,若我們未收到您所寄回的商品,或收到退回商品有損傷或缺漏,將影響您退貨的權益,也將依照損毀程度扣除回復商品原貌所必要費用。
8. 無法受理退貨之商品: 以下商品如已拆封則無法辦理退貨,個人貼身用品、餐廚器皿、皮件等,因關係個人衛生,敬請見諒。
9. 無提供換貨服務,如欲購買同款商品,須辦理退貨後,再行重複下單,造成不便,敬請見諒。
1. 7-day appreciation period: According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have a 7-day appreciation period from the date of arrival of the product. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period.
2. Return period: If you need to return the goods, please return the goods within 7 days of receiving the goods (including the day of receipt).
3. Defective product return: We will bear the full refund and shipping costs; overdue will not be accepted.
4 . Return of non-defective products: Buyers need to bear the freight; overdue will not be accepted.
5. Customized product returns: Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
6 . Product Integrity: Returned products must be in a new state with complete packaging; please pay attention to maintaining the integrity of the product body, accessories, packaging box, all accompanying documents, and gifts. The outer box and packaging are part of the product. Therefore, loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your right to return or exchange the product, and the cost necessary to restore the original state may be deducted according to the degree of damage.
7. Packaging safety: When returning the product, please help to send it in a safe way. If we do not receive the product you sent back, or if the returned product is damaged or missing, it will affect your right to return, and will also be subject to damage. The amount necessary to restore the original appearance of the product is deducted.
8 . Products that cannot be returned: The following products cannot be returned if they have been opened. Personal items, kitchen utensils, leather goods, etc., due to personal hygiene, please forgive me.
9. No exchange service is provided. If you want to buy the same item, you must return it and place the order again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

退貨辦法

Return method

1. 如需退貨,請以email提供您的「訂單編號」、「訂購人姓名」、「聯絡方式」、「退貨原因描述」,寄至shop.info@pointof.co。
2. 請於收到退貨回覆通知信起7日內,依退貨回覆指示包裝,自行及自費寄至指定收貨地址。
3. 未收到退貨回覆通知信就自行寄回商品者,將不受理退貨,請自行負責。
4. 我們會於收到商品後處理退款事宜,瑕疵品退貨之運費將與商品費用一同退款。
1. Please send return items to the designated delivery address by yourself and at your own expense within 7 days of receiving the return notification email. Returned items need to be packaged according to the instructions in the email.
