With the digital space becoming increasingly crowded, Flags differs in that they emphasize on storytelling and being memorable. The letter g in the wordmark “flags” was purposely cut off to symbolize the act of being grounded, the way one plants a flag when achieving milestones or claiming new grounds.
The logomark (icon), aside from being shaped like a flag, also resembles a speech bubble to reflect the company’s collaborative method of working with their clients through constant communication. Lastly, yellow and black were chosen as the dominant colors to catch the eye and represent the company’s optimistic outlook.
